Have I see Father Ted? Heresy! Though I couldn't have told you their names I don't think the Tories are even that subtle at the moment.

So Farage is on "I'm a Celebrity, get me out of here!" on ITV, in yet another attempt to presumably gain money/fame. However, viewing figures have dropped drastically, down about 20% from peak, which maybe isn't falling off a cliff but people don't seem particularly happy: www.thelondoneconomic.com/news/im-a-celebrity-viewing-figures-fall-off-a-cliff-as-viewers-boycott-show-363515/I'm curious as to what went on with hosts Ant & Dec, as I got the impression they'd have been hugely unhappy with him being on there too, but alas they seem to be going along with it.
To conclude the "I'm a celeb" thing, the viewers for the final were down 4 million, and Farage came 3rd*.
The right-wingers are in a predictable outrage that he didn't win, claiming lefty conspiracy and ITV being left wing extremists (because what left extremist org *wouldn't* give Farage £1.5m?).
*I've never watched it and don't know how it works. Most of my news on it comes from The Poke.

I didn't really watch any of it, but from what I have read the main take away of him was as an incredibly dull man. He possibly had a 'Trump on the Apprentice' type of situation in mind, in terms of making himself a household name and keeping himself in the limelight, but it doesn't look like it will be anything like as impactful.
