...unilateral removal of civil rights without due process or notification, no requirement to produce evidence, and virtually no way to appeal it. THAT is unamerican to me. Literally the concentration camps, then. It won't be Booker, or O'Rourke, or Yang. It will be Biden, or maaaaaaaaaaybe Harris or even more maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaybe Buttigeig. The detained people are actually being given a day in court and their due process rights though. Not fast and not pretty, admittedly. |

They don’t get a day in the judicial system and don’t get any of the civil rights that go along with having a day in the judicial system.

You can definitely be bigoted against Muslims, but not racist. "Muslim" is not a race, it's a religion. It's as silly as saying someone is racist against Catholics. Umm... Nowhere does that say they're actually being charged, or having judges see cases. We all know they have rights, that's why we're questioning why you think the rights are being respected. |

At the very least it is policy that they should be having these rights. That's a long ways away from having policy that states that they don't have rights, which is what Feeder implied.

Instead of backing that up, you sidestepped it with by saying "well, they SHOULD get a day in court according to the law." Yes, we know that, but that's not telling us if they are or are not. Stay focused on the initial thing here, and don't try deflecting. TL;DR: You made a claim first, back it up. Also, feeder implied their rights aren't being respected, which they're not. |
