LOL, and you say Whembly argues in bad faith. FFS man, you seriously can't fucking read, and you prove it time and time again. Section 3 lists the exemption of the statute as a whole. 3c is independent of 3a. If 3c was dependent on 3a it would have either been a subsection of 3a or been directly stated in 3c. As you are obviously WAY to fucking thick to ever have a reasonable argument with, welcome to the ignore list. Again, no. Just because you're a fucking redneck who has never bothered to try and understand the difference between a "statue" and a "section" doesn't mean the rest of us are. I'd say you have brain damage, but that's insulting to people with actual brain damage. Seriously, read this: docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/help/statutesSee those numbers in parentheses? That's referring to sections.God I hope there's an actual civil war sometimes just so people like you get put up against the wall carlo. You actively make the US worse everyday. You're the reason we're becoming a 3rd world country. I haven't blocked him yet, just in time to see this. The man is advocating for GENOCIDE people. And he calls whembly and me despicable.

You've actively covered for more than I'm suggesting. You literally posted coords so you could try and trick someone into showing up so you could shoot them. You've defended the sexual/mental/physical/emotional abuse of kids in cages, some of which resulted in their death, or their parents' death. A lot of whom still haven't been reunited with their parents either mind you. You've defended nazis and fascists of all stripes. You defend voter suppression because it helps your political party. You'd defend genocide if trump suggested it. You've defended literally everything he's ever said or done. You are the scum of the Earth. Ever heard the saying "In order to maintain a tolerant society, the society must be intolerant of intolerance,"? Probably not, because it refers to you and your ilk. Society cannot tolerate people like you who enable racism and discrimination. If you're calling ME awful, I feel justified in knowing I'm probably right, and that you know that.

The man is advocating for GENOCIDE people. This is not genocide, this is a political purge. Not great either though.

What's the point of a civil war when the first one clearly didn't work in the sense of removing said viewpoints? Pointless deaths and violence should be avoided. What you need is a firm governmental hand and education system. Germany had plenty of Nazis after WW2 who were never deprogrammed, but a good education systems did wonders for later generations and pushed the Nazis to the fringe as the WW2 generation died off. The US after the ACW and Japan after WW2 just show what happens when you gloss over the ugliness and educate with an agenda. Why have another round of pointless war, focus on pushing through education reform and save the next generations instead of having their parents die in the rerun.
As for the events in Portland yesterday, this is exactly the kind of escalation to be expected. What a mess. Trump will visit Kenosha, but he will only pour oil onto the fire, because he thinks this will help him in the election. Him inciting his followers to go to these riots/protests is only going to end in more deaths.

Except that Genocide, under the law, can only be committed against "a national, ethnical, racial or religious group" (Thank Iron_Captain for repeatedly correcting me on this). Since what was described is not actually directed at any of these (unless you want to make the argument you worship Trump as a God) it would, at best, be a crime against humanity (extermination or persecutions on political, racial and religious grounds) however, in this case, you have zero room to talk, carlo, considering you've espoused (Enforced disappearance of persons, deportation, and murder for political reasons) both longer and far more consistently than he's called for your elimination.

Yes, under international law (UN resolution 260) political ideology is not covered under the definitions of genocide, so the dictionary definition is quite curious.

While you're here carlo, can we get a comment on your opinion on the dismantling of the USPS? I'll get back to you on this more later, but in all it's a mixed bag. If you want to talk about the President appointing a guy to lead the USPS that has conflicting interest and some of his mishandlings of the situation, well yeah that's some stupid shit that you and I can totally agree on.
I'd be more interested in your opinion on the removal of mail sorting machines when mail-in ballots are set to potentially be more popular than ever due to COVID-19, at the same time that the POTUS is arguing that mail-in voting is not safe.

He was so dangerous the police felt the need to handcuff a paralyzed man to his hospital bed. The people involved don't seem to be the brightest.

I think you mean "the people involved seem to racist." Fortunately one does not rule out the other. Trump has their back either way, his kind of people.

This is rather interesting. For those of you who wondered why the Kenosha shooter was not picked up immediately by police, which was something that struck me as strange about this whole thing...

Yeah, before the shooting the cops were seen thanking the militia for being there and tossing them some bottled water.
