For posterity, someone should edit the OP: Never the Persian people. Always the government that is the adversary. Furthermore, you cannot totally disassociate "the people" from their government. Literally one message of mine between both claims. Literally taking it out of context. Way to go. |

Yes, the gist of your response was more of "but her emails!" and further lies about "democrats started locking kids up first!" It's an argument that gets bandied about ad nauseum.... Guess what...even snopes get this right.Hell, democrats (and Joe Biden on last night's debate) keep pushing it... even this vox reporter is sick of it: I mean, yeah, Biden is right that the Obama administration didn’t separate families like Trump has ala 'Zero Tolerance Policy' but he’s simply incorrect that Trump brought “cages” to immigration policy. Team O introduced those for unaccompanied minors apprehended at the border five years ago or to separate the kids from their parents in certain situations. So, for all your snark "Trump put babies in cages or 'child interment camps' " is one of the massive gaslighting meant to obfuscate previous administration's own policies. I mean, really: Even the AP dinged Biden this morning, as did Politifact, as did the NYtimes and even your favorite source Vox. Fox News had commentators on as well to call Biden out. I was willing to discuss the merits/demerits on Trump's Zero Tolerance policy, but whenever I brought up that the whole kids were in cages from previous administrations, suddenly you (and others) weren't interested in the discussion. |

Ohhh right, I remember now, you were arguing that because the facilities were made in response to a surge of immigrants, that Obama's policy and trumnp's policy were the exact same, which was a lie. Good strawman though, no one is arguing about the physical cages, but the policy. You went on to say:
