Damnit, Malfred. And here I thought I was going to be given the green light to rant about how in fact nearly every vote does not count and that the act of voting lies on the cusp of irrationality.
Damnit, Malfred.

But it does count!
In my fictional universe.

You guys should have like, made a deal to both vote the opposite way then, that way your votes would both "count." Problem solved! (?) Would that be illegal though? I'm not a lawyer. Someone PM Janthkin!

I think people made that agreement with Floridians. People in Blue states agreed to vote for Nader in exchange for people in Battleground states voting for Kerry. Not sure about the legality.

And the past tense does that mean that you were in Ohio or you were a Democrat? Anyway, there was an article in yesterday's paper that, statistically, a single vote does not matter. I KNEW IT!

Oh come on now Yair, the Cincinnati machine is at least as bad as the Cleveland one. I still fondly remember working the polls in 1996 and having a deceased member of my church showing up to vote at my polling place, and 3 others.

Yair is confused? We're talking about the 'nati being an anti-liberal machine or...?
