As I've been saying: Not sure how to feel on this.
On the one hand, it's out of Lucas' crazy, crazy hands.
On the other, Star Wars 7(actually, 10, but that's semantics).

There had been some plans years ago for a sequel that was Luke exploring the force.
Disney owns Star Wars, Pixar and Marvel. And the Muppets. How is this legal?

The deal is still pending approval for anti-trust issues.
I'm like most of yall, excited and scared. Disney was smart enough to let Marvel run its own show. Maybe they will be smart enough to let teh people that actually know star wars be in charge of the movies.
Heck, it's not like a new movie has to be good for geeks to line up and shell out $15 for 3d tickets..we're like battered wives going back to an abusive husband.

I'm jazzed. Star Wars in anyone's hands but Lucas' will be an improvement. I thought we were going to have to wait until he died for this to happen.

I cant wait for the to retcon the entire first movie. Remove those stupid droids, Jaba the hut as a man, han solo being puerto rican.
