Unless Kav specifically said "I have a god-given right to this seat", then he in no way thinks it is his god-given seat, no matter what impression the entirety of his hearing gives.
Similarly, despite the facts that the President word-for-word said he enjoys sexually assaulting women in his orbit, that doesn't mean he is a predator, that's just locker talk.
You have to know when to take someone literally and when to take them figuratively. Check in with Fox daily, they'll let you know which is which.

I even stated that the process is slow and flawed and that it could be greatly improved, but was still a process. I provided several links showing the protocol for illegal detainees. Idk about the US, but if I just start going up to women and forcing myself on them I'm going to go to trial for sexual assault.
