Mmm, 'men are so hard-done-by, please leave us our safe all-male spaces' is an interesting take but I'm not sure it cuts the mustard. But you don't understand, a woman didn't give him sex once and that means all men are persecuted and women should never be given anything.

Ever. which is certainly nothing to do with the stench, lack of anything even vaguely approaching a personality, wit or….well any redeeming feature.

I found it baffling this could be said straight: "Pink used to be masculine color because it is close to red, which is color of blood. Which meant it was color of war."
Red has long been associated with other things than blood. Plus blood is also a major part of childbirth. And orange is also close to red.. nevermind. Just so many holes in this "fact".

They’re not wrong about pink once being coded masculine, and blue feminine though. Which frankly is enough to challenge the tiny minded. You don’t need to dress it up with anything else.

It's quite remarkable how quickly the whole Custodes thing blew up. A small handful of incels in the GW community seem to have shouted 'over here!' and it has brought the whole BS Culture War crowd over to start hooting, with the Daily Mail articles and a quite remarkable line-up of misanthropes typing furiously from their parent's basement. What will be interesting though here is that I think most of the wargaming community is a lot more laid back and unified in common sense (dare I say it?) than the video gaming or Star Wars fanbase, which have been subject to similar BS over past years - so hopefully it won't be as damaging.
Reading this comment from one Twitter poster "If you enjoy me proving that Custodes in Warhammer 40k were always men, and joining the fight against wokeness in Tabletop as well as video games, please subscribe!" I think the reply from comedian Mike Drucker sums things up perfectly: "I think he just set a new record for the saddest sentence ever written"
Re. Crablezworth it's a real shame. I've known of his work for years in the Epic community, but the only interaction you have with someone is with pictures of miniatures and terrain being posted. Then you see some other things being posted, and it's like.. "wow"

Someone else pointed out that pink changed gender connotations, the poster referenced above responded by saying said pink used to be masculine specifically for a single physical reason that just makes no sense IMO. Which you are right probably actually weakens their argument rather than strengthens it now I think about it. Edit: doing some digging, and it looks like the concept of gendered colours in general is only about 100 years old, and some catalogues suggested pink for boys and blue for girls for a bit when this was beginning...

And the latest player has resorted to making transphobic comments. God bless the little yellow triangle of friendship.

Is that all the "identifying as a dogstodes because I walk a dog" crap or something the mods have pruned before I saw it?

Couple of pages back. Manfred explains they’re Trans, and going through said transition and what inclusion means to her.
Next poster said something along the lines of “random bullshit random bullshit I identify as correct and expect you to accept that”.
Guess they’re going bye-byes in the current pruning.

Oh yes, I recall seeing that now. They just can't help themselves.

The Male Sisters of Silence thread in the Background section is also a weaksauce attempt at a "Gotcha" thread.

Open transphobe, I think they were the one that essentially said the Nazis were right to target trans people.
