On the subject of due process by immigration. Recently a 9 year old american girl was held for 32 hours with no access to her parents or a legal representative by immigration authorities. She was crossing the border with her 14 year old brother to go to school (they live in tijuana). She had her american passport. Her brother was pressured to try and get him to confess to human trafficking. The reason for her being kidnapped for 32 hours despite having identification proving she was an american citizen? The immigration officers thought that her responses to their questions were suspicious and inconsistent. She was 9 years old. What to expect from a country that has toddlers represent themselves in immigration court? 9 is positively drinking age by those standards. |

That sounds exceedingly like the paedophile saying; "But she was dressed really provocatively and sexy".....about a 6-year-old. Trump's talk to Bush was about how women throw themselves at wealthy/powerful people. That's what I was saying about 'unless they scream and fight, it ain't rape'. Saying they "let" you, completely ignores the fact that yes, some people throw themselves at the wealthy/powerful, but some people just want to work hard and advance their careers without getting molested. When you are a teenage aspiring model/actress, and the owner of the pageant that you are competing in comes in your dressing room and hits on you, what do you do? He has all the power, and Trump is infamous for being petty and insecure. That is the disconnect. The "they let you" excuse is entirely from his perspective. "I was too afraid to resist" is the perspective from the other side, for at least 20 women. |

He wasn't even speaking in general, he was talking about going up and just going for Bush's co-host, hence the tic-tac 'joke'. He was discussing potentially assaulting her because she was "beautiful", assuming she would just let him as he says.

Tulsi, Booker and Yang did well for themselves.
Biden wasn't horrible.... that's all he needed to be and I still think he's the frontrunner.

I don't think so. I really don't see this, but my Trump-hating democratic friends says they like Harris, but worries about her electibility in that she has that "Hillary Clinton" baggage vibe. Do you see that? To be honest, I think it's down to Biden/Harris or Biden/Tulsi. |
