I think we all know the "efficiencies" Musk will find will be cutting funding to the IRS enforcement, especially for high-net worth folks, SEC oversight, and cutting out Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security.
Meanwhile, they will also propose eliminating the Dept of Education, Energy, Labor, and Transportation.

Wait until Trump realises Musk is African! Super rich white African, so he'll be fine.

Meanwhile, they will also propose eliminating the Dept of Education, Energy, Labor, and Transportation. It's always funny when Republicans propose cutting the department of energy. The department in charge of the US's nuclear programme. They never realise that before saying it should be cut, which exposes them as doing zero research for their positions. And the funny things is that they've been repeating the exact same mistake since Reagan who also wanted to abolish the department until he learned it was in charge of the nukes.

Yes. Funnily enough he supposedly overstayed his Visa when he first came to the US, which is grounds for denaturalizing him and kicking him back to South Africa. Not that that'll ever happen, but still. Iirc it wasn’t that he overstayed, it’s that it required him to be a student and he’d stopped going to school to get in on some business dealings.

And it’s clean sweep, as Trump controls both chambers.
Enjoy your impending Fascistic Theocracy!

I'm surprised it's taken so long given that both are egomaniacs who have to be the smartest in the room whilst never actually being the smartest in the room. The fallout could be spectacular especially if one of them lets slip something about voting shenanigans during the inevitable tantrums. I'd also seen that Musks potential appointment to the National Economic Council would allow him to sell all of his stock without paying tax on it, presumably to avoid a conflict of interest and not factoring in how much stock he has: www.entrepreneur.com/finance/tesla-stock-faces-uncertainty-as-elon-musk-gains-potential/482804Of course, he may not survive long enough to do so, but he could completely tank Tesla whilst netting himself as much as $140bn tax free.

Aaaand he’s picking Matt Gaetz to be his Attorney General. To be fair, Gaetz does have a lot of experience with crime.

It’s gonna be hilarious if the gop loses their new House majority because Trump keeps poaching their members for his cabinet. Gaetz already resigned and it’s not even a sure thing he gets Senate approval.

So far it's less evil plan and more scraping the bottom of the barrel with his appointments. However, I guess loyal idiots are preferable to competence.
