Truly, truly, we have gone beyond the point where the career of the satirist lies in ruins.
It would actually be funny if the prospect of Trump getting 4 more years wasn't so absolutely terrifying, and is seemingly still a very strong possibility.
I can still remember the presidential prospects of Dan Quayle lying in ruins because he was unable to spell the word 'potatoes', and oh what a distant world that now seems.

Remember when "the trouble with the French is the don't have a word for entrepreneur"? Halcyon days.

How much coverage is the UK Labour electoral interference accusation getting in the US? It's absolutely relentless in UK press today.

Trump campaign have filed legal proceedings regarding electoral interference against the Harris campaign because of UK Labour politicians funding volunteers to campaign in the US for Harris.

The big news is former Chief of Staff General Kelley stating that Trump said complimentary things about Hitler while President.

I swear that came up a few years ago already.
Edit: this was mentioned two years ago in a book. Just the first time Kelly shared the story publicly.

The other legal thing I saw is the Judge ordering Giuliani to turn over a bunch of his property to the election workers who sued him for defamation and won.

I had thought so too, but it is getting some renewed play. I also saw some news that Trump wanted to elevate Aileen Cannon to Attorney General if he wins. Guess he plans to reward her loyalty, which might be a first for him!

Not bothered isn't a fair characterisation IMO. Coming forward vs a powerful, influential, rich man is difficult, doubly so if they've become the president and may do so again. That has the potential to really destroy your life. Even if the individual manages to win legally, they really get dragged through it, like Virginia Giufre defending herself against paedophile Prince "no sweat" Andrew.
Edit: changed is to isn't in the first line. Not a good typo...

Yeah, let's not forget the fact that Trump got away with raping a 13 year old because his unhinged followers made her life hell until she dropped the accusation and refused to testify.

Trump campaign have filed legal proceedings regarding electoral interference against the Harris campaign because of UK Labour politicians funding volunteers to campaign in the US for Harris. Huh. I don't think that is automatically illegal but there is a process that needs to be followed from what I know. Hopefully it'll get a LegalEagle vid to explain it.
