I assume they'd count that as a win, by using that to infer she has acknowledged that being transgender a disability. There's really no good solution here. But that's the point; they just want her to not use the public space by not being there at all. Sure, but when has reality stopped the Republicans from crafting their narrative anyway? Personally I'd rather focus on safety given there are plenty of known sex offenders in Congress. Trans people are one of the groups most likely to be sexually assaulted, which is part of why these bathroom bans are so harmful.
